Further to my previous post today:

Win 10 Defender Firewall enable options were all "greyed out", could not be enabled.
Again, this was a known, documented anomaly with lots of suggested solutions on various web sites and in my case only occured on one of the PC's being re-loaded, a AMD Ryzen-5, Gigabyte MoBo desktop, did not occur on my Packard Bell, i5 desktop!
Only found one fix that worked.

No. 6 - Repair Windows Firewall (see attached snapshot)
Advises running in Win Safe Mode which I did but may not be necessary for just one function.
All Win Defender Firewall options now became available and could be selected.
