Im wondering how these two IP phone ports on the back of my router work>?

can anyone tell me?

can u make calls for free with apps or something>?

if so, can anyone tell me how?

It's for VOIP.
You need to purchase a VOIP service and configure it in the routers VOIP section.

Calls can be much cheaper than a traditional landline but not free.
