All current, publicly accessible, Openreach documents have, at the bottom left of the last page, a code in the format --
PHME 84165
The four letters,
"PHME", are a constant and the following five digits are different for each document. Hence that alphanumeric string appears to be a unique document identifier.
(The example I show, above, is of the
"Cable Identification Booklet Version 4".)
Does anyone know to what the abbreviation
"PHME" refers, please?
