ISP migration issues to look out for?
« on: December 22, 2020, 01:32:59 PM »

What are the possible FTTC migration paths which don't incur any activation fees?

I read somewhere that there would be fees for certain FTTC to FTTC migrations but I can't remember what exactly.

What's your current ISP?
If they don't charge a cease fee then it won't matter.

Switching from SMPF to MPF usually triggers a cease but not all providers pass this to the customer.

Switching away from the OpenReach network usually triggers the same cease fee.
