Rebooted a couple of times but same stats. I am due to move to TTB on Monday afternoon but it appears from the stats my upstream has been banded at 9999kbps or I have been moved to 55/10. Any ideas?

I am no expert in interpreting the statistics of others but, after reading, it does appear that your service has been reprovisioned on the Openreach 55/10 Mbps product.  :o
