I doubt the tray at the front will have drain pipes like the one below the windscreen, certainly worth check the below windscreen ones if you have a lot of pine needles. The one at the front is probably just shaped so it should run off.

Agreed, I thought that would be the case. I suspect that the car was angled uphill so that the rain would pool in that tray / cover. Parking it under the garage’s overhang, which is above the roll-up door, should fix this, and there it’s on the level.

@Weaver...

Obviously, if the rainwater drain channels are blocked then that needs fixed, to avoid corrosive damage. That’s not just bodywork damage, but also corrosive damage to any electronic bits that might be be wetted with mucky water.

But I would be amazed if water accumulation, even mucky water, could be responsible for any measurable battery drain.  Water rightly gets a bad reputation for electrics because, at mains potential, it can conduct lethal currents and that much is true.  Ohm’s law prevails, for a fixed resistance, the greater the voltage the greater the current.

At 12V, my gut feeling would be, water induced leakage currents would be insignificant to the energy stored in a car battery.

I’ll ask one of my neighbours to look at it. The problem nowadays is that the local garage is closed due to COVID or something. The Landrover dealer in Inverness is some 91 miles away and a five hour round trip, so it’s not something that we do too often.
