Openreach network extent

Could someone tell me how much of the network is owned/managed by Openreach and how much by BT ? I don’t know how far upstream Openreach’s world extends.

apparently openreach "owns the entire UK phone and broadband network" and "BT, like other phone providers such as TalkTalk and Sky, are essentially ‘customers’ that have equal access to the Openreach net"

Well that sounds pretty comprehensive then. So all the way from the end-user’s line to the interface to ISPs, do we think?
I’m wondering about the data/internet network as well as the phone network.

some ISPs have their own equipment in the exchanges, so for them it would hand off from openreach to their own network at that point, i believe.
