Contacting the OpenReach CEO and OFCOM is a bit over the top don't you think?
Neither are the correct avenue.

To save you time and effort, Max .... a 'CEO letter' doesn't actually land direct at Mr Selley's door. There is a triage team/chairmans office team, that deep-dive into the complaint and associated circuit data before deciding upon what action to be taken ??

We have an extremely powerful tool called 'NATO' that will aid in that investigation, comparing your circuit against others off the same DP. Coupled with other data from WHOOSH, CSS etc .... if your line falls within the 'Cone of Acceptance', you're just wasting time that could be better spent purchasing wet-weather gear for Wales, tomorrow.  ;)

I see a circuit operating at its provisioned speed. All is well.  :)

Wat exactly do you want. You have a fabulous circuit what more as many of us struggle with 20/2

what does this mean? Sorry about this.

You have a service from Plusnet that uses the Openreach VDSL2 80/20 Mbps product. Your Plusnet service is operating at the maximum speed of the Openreach product . . . 79.999 Mbps DS and 19.999 Mbps US is, essentially, 80/20 Mbps DS/US. You cannot have anything more, as there is nothing more to give you.

Just be happy that you have a perfect circuit.  :)

Profile at PN end still incorrect as BTw speed test result show IP Profile 77.35Mbps

Your broadband service

    Product: Unlimited Fibre Extra
    Estimated Download Range: 60 - 72Mbps
    Estimated Upload Range: 17 - 18Mbps
    Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 55.6Mbps
    Current Line Speed (Download): 73.7Mbps

I'm not sure the Plusnet site is entirely up-to-date.  If in doubt, do a few different speedtest sites, I'm fairly sure you will be getting above what Plusnet say.

PN are sometimes slow to update their profile - submit a ticket saying you are syncing at 80Mbps but your PN profile is 73.7Mbps.

Another thought: - You need to resync to pick up any new profile PN may have applied, so if you haven't resync'd since you got the full 80Mbps back, it may be worth trying first.

Sorry Max I don’t understand what you are actually wanting. If you had no stats would your broadband be ok for what you need ?

Max, you have a line that has speeds most of us can only dream about getting. Just use it, enjoy it, and only look at the stats if it actually seems to be slow.
