Based on https://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2020/08/the-high-cost-of-broadband-for-uso-excluded-uk-communities.html it might still be worth asking BT for a formal quote given the USO and rural Vouchers - especially if the community can act in concert - perhaps once the R100 rollout plans have been confirmed.

Though, it will also be interesting to see how the £5bn the government has promised will be spent over the next few years.

The ISPReview article above includes quotes of £1.1M, £116,000 and £80,000+.

Given Weavers remote location and sparse properties I'd guess he'll be above the USO contribution.
