Something is not right!

SNR kept jump to 15dB and next is drop to 2dB

Lots of errors now. DLM could capped the line tomorrow  ???

Hmm . . .

I don't like the look of the SNRM plot and the number of ES (& SES) are significant. I wonder if the recent hot weather is somehow involved.  :-\

Do u think I should inform Plusnet of this caused my line resync 10th time but it seem stable now after 34 minutes no SNR drop or no errors  but I don't know what is caused this. Hope DLM isn't thinking ok we will put his line banded don't like 300 errors in the last 30 mins bin time.

My bin cupboard always on cold side the front always cold (no sun can reach my bin cupboard where the DSL cable there) or is it to do with my fibre cabinet burning up or telephone exchange issues?

After 10th resync the worse SNR drop I ever seen is -0.4dB and connection rate at 18765Kbps. with nearly 300 errors second in the space of 30 minutes on the downstream but all day today was zero errored

Any problem with the metallic pathway which is affecting the broadband service can only be that length between the VTU-C (the cabinet based DSLAM) and the VTU-R (your modem/router). I.e. the D-side.

The cabinets can get very hot at this time of the year but they are designed to be able to cope with elevated temperatures.

Just looking at the SNRM plot makes me suspicious that there could be a joint that is going defective. Possibly showing HR or semi-conductive tendencies.

Did you check the voice line during the poor performance to see if it was crackling/noisy?

That should pretty much always be the first thing you check when such a severe change like this occurs.

No, the line was perfectly silent on 17070 option 2 as I did that
