Engineer here this morning. No faults at all - no HR either! Line as clean as a whistle. He could find no reason for line instability or slow upstream (which he could replicate). He reckons my line should get at least 9Mb upstream. Next step is to get the D side pair swapped out. Just waiting for the job to be returned to Plusnet so I can speak to them.
