I sent him a pm about something about a week or so ago with some updated info on a topic we had previously been talking about.
I didnt really think too much about not receiving an immediate reply as I know things have been changing at his employers and he is now heavily involved in something different to what he previously did. Without saying anything much publicly other than it is good & congrats to him.... but it does mean he has different priorities when it comes to his free time these days.
Hope he's ok and I'm sure he will re-emerge at some point.

Jeeez, guys ..... you're gonna have me crying !!!
Honestly, it's simply just a case of my new role in OR doesn't give me any free-time to peruse the forum like I would want to, during the day.
Plus, a few changes to my personal life (arrival of grandchildren), means a lot of my once-was free time, is no longer my own. Of course, I'm not complaining about either, just the opposite in fact.
Thank you though, it is rather humbling.

Congrats on the grandkids. I found the best part is that you can hand them back when they start to misbehave
