Openreach are not deploying XGPON, it's XGSPON.

I'm going to speculate September but will keep everyone informed.

All those activities I kept intermittent due to lack of bandwidth I now don't. Just today myself plus the neighbourhood saturated the GPON split.

See what happens!

Where is pfsense setup in your system? Not mentioned in your sig.

1000/1000 is being or is due to be trialled.

Monthly prices won't be near consumer levels.
£500+ install fees.
