Careful swapping to Sky they use a less lenient DLM than Plusnet so you could end up worse off assuming this information is correct. https://kitz.co.uk/adsl/DLM.htm

It is.
Not only that, plusnet are one of the few isps who are proactive in getting a dlm reset if theres valid reason to.

Here was ok for around a year, two weeks ago went from full sync to 64 down. Started monitoring with DSLstats again and will ask for opinion on separate thread.

That's pretty much normal behaviour if one new customer has come online whose pair is right next to yours so causing crosstalk.
