As you can see from the image I get spikes on the upstream on an almost daily basis, they are usually between 20 and 40 when they happen which is most days and they happen at different times. I have checked and they happen even when we've been away on holiday so nothing is going on at home. I am at a loss to understand how they happen although recently when the survey was being done in preparation for BT FTTP they did happen a bit more. I know it's a long shot but anyone with any ideas please?
