Quick question

I'm struggling to find about my system's PSU and found in specs, this "ASSEMBLY, HEATSINK, FAN, 65W, MNTW/SLTW".  Would the 65W refer to the PSU power? Otherwise how do I easily find the detail, please!

Yes the 65W would denote 65 Watts.

Unless it's a laptop I doubt very much that the PSU is rated at 65 Watts, in fact googling what the op has written comes up with this

And googling that part number infers it's a heatsink and fan ???

As 65W is a very common value for thermal design power of CPUs, I'd think that is merely the capability of the heatsink to dissipate heat.
