Janet says she has started doing it now because she has seen her keepers washing their hands very frequently. So they gave her cups to wash as well as washing her own hands.

Ah, I asked Janet again and apparently I misunderstood her. I can’t hear anything at the moment and that doesn’t help. My ears are so very bunged up just now and I need to get some stuff to put into them.
