I rebooted a couple of days ago and lost the bump to 14xxxxxx, dropping back down to 12xxxxxx at 6dB.

Today I notice I'm still at 12xxxxxx but the attainable went up to 14xxxxxx and the Far SNR is up to 8dB.

Something has very significantly improved on my line...
Today I was greeted in the modem by a claimed max upstream of 25meg and 14dB SNR.

But if the download SNRm @ 4dB which suggests 3dB SNRm profile got applied, why did the download attainable speed decrease from 98mbps @ 6dB to ~91-92mbps @ 4dB? it should increase, isn't it?

From what I've seen, I don't think attainable can be trusted when below 6dB SNRm, it seems to go a bit crazy.

Like how my line is banded but it makes zero sense I would sync any higher if it wasn't, given my SNR.

I think the -~3dB down SNR margin may have been as a result of me fiddling with my modem parameters while I was trying to work out what was going on with the upstream; I'd set "vdsl snr -50" which I guess set a target margin of only 1dB (eek).  I've backed it off to "vdsl snr -30" which is still over 85mbps.
If I have it set to 6dB with "vdsl snr 0" then it maxes out around 75mbps.
