No, we can't. Our network is arranged in a certain way and we have no shortage of capacity out of our country. Many countries in the world do have a shortage of capacity going international.
why there is shortage of bandwidth for international traffic? If I may ask?

Essentially, it all comes down to one word: Money. That spent, in the past, on the infrastructure and that currently available to spend.

There is also potentially the incentive to keep users using local services, if they make international ones perform poorly.

There are probably dozens of points where there could be congestion.

At your MSAG. Where multiple MSAG's point back to (the exchange in our country). Connections between Cities.

Connections out the country may be affected, but not necessarily all of them. Traffic to Asia might be fine but traffic to Europe might be congested.

What CarlT suggested try testing to the same servers, some inside your country and some outside.

thank you for reply. The issue is not slow speed or pings during peak hours. I understand there is limited bandwidth, But the issue is packet loss for games in the region of Europe and USA. It feels very laggy and movement in games start stuttering. Ping is only increased by 10-50ms.
