Need suggestions re emails with Chinese text

broadstairs:
The mail server I use is from my hosting site and they use Strike Mail which has been very good at trapping spam. However just recently I have been getting emails come through which do not contain any latin text, they are all Chinese characters. By definition to my mind these are all spam.

What I want to do is to create a filter for Strike Mail (if possible) which will cause such emails to get a high score and thus be deleted. If not possible in Strike Mail then can I do the same in Thunderbird filters?

Anyone have any ideas please?
