OR have said they have detected interference on my line at my end so want to send an SFI Engineer. Anyone had one before and know what is involved?

Let's start at the beginning with the TLA . . .

Special(ist) Fault(s) Investigation

As for what would be involved, er, anything and everything. Please report back with the details once s/he has waved their magic wand over your domain.
