I'm on ZEN and they don't block anything  :P

You can use VPN the problem is some sites like learning membership sites won't allow VPN ip's because people use servers to scrape and pirate their content.

Just a quick reminder that neil is located in Pakistan, so what UK ISPs/CPs (do not) do is irrelevant.

one more update
now government body which is responsible for telecom.
has asked if you want to use VPN you need to register yourself.
now they can throttle or completely block VPN traffic.
I was using free VPN service and it was working fine but now it is blocked, it works for a sec and then zero traffic
the reason given by them "is to curb grey traffic" whatever that is
not long ago mobile game PUBG was blocked, now open
also some apps like tiktok was also blocked, now open after a week i think
