I think I had misunderstood what it was able to do the first time round, and thought it was something that looked for insecure software on the PC - as in what may be a virus or other vulnerability. As I get fed up sometimes of certain AV type progs pulling up valid files or progs that I may have written myself several years ago, then I sometimes skip over anything I think that may start nagging me about stuff I have which I know is safe
What I didnt realise is that its supposed to keep track of any existing well known software and ensure that you have the most up to date versions and patches.
Installed... and letting it do a scan now.
