Unfortunately we're currently experiencing a severe technical issue that is affecting our data service. regrettably this is also impacting our voice network.
Our team are working hard to resolve this as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing and thank you for your patience.

--- Quote ---On Wednesday, rival network O2 switched on its next-generation 5G service in a number of UK cities.

Three tagged O2 in a tweet saying: "Oi, did you unplug our network so you could plug in your 5G? not cool guys."

One customer said the joke would have been "cute" if the problems had not been ongoing for more than nine hours.

Indeed some brilliant responses from @ThreeUK on Twitter today.

So many people complaining that the staff are responding with funny gifs and meme's rather than fixing things.

Pretty sure the social media team don't fix the network.

As for moans their replies are inappropriate... it's Twitter...

Back in service sometime before 12.  Needed to reset the LTE interface to reinstate IP connectivity so I'm not sure of the exact time service became available again.  On the bright side, a bit of unscheduled downtime allowed me to swap out our main router without interrupting anyone's activities.

I woke up this morning to find a strange message on my phone that the SIM did not have a voice service. Rebooting the phone cured it. I'm on id Mobile which uses the Three network so I'm wondering if this was related.
