This isn't a model number I know, and I can't find much about it on the net. Perhaps someone else can be more helpful.

The 'HG' model number suggests Huawei as the manufacturer and thus might well be a Broadcom chipset.
I'd try some of the Broadcom CLI commands (https://wiki.kitz.co.uk/index.php/Broadcom_CLI) to see if it recognises them.

Don't think it's a Huawei or doesn't have any Huawei branding on it and looks nothing like any of their devices I've seen.

PTCL branding on every HG-150-UB on Google.
might be the ISP.

Used a lot in Pakistan.

According to wiki, the op's ISP may use completely different technology in his country to provide broadband.

Quote
Being Pakistan's largest ADSL2+ provider, PTCL primarily provides its customers with ADSL broadband, however as demand for higher bandwidth connections has increased, PTCL is upgrading its customers to VDSL2 and FTTH GPON in a few major cities, namely Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Quetta and Peshawar.

Ah, that timeout message is from the Busybox shell.  :D

Please try a cat /proc/cpuinfo command and, hopefully, it will disclose some further information about the device.

The 'System Type' output translates to you having a BCM63381, which is what I would call Broadcom's entry level chip.
Still decent though, and much better than a lot of the alternatives.
