Does it look as if my Line has been banded?

Last Thursday Morning my line lost sync between midnight and 1am, I noticed that my Sync speed had gone from around 28mbps to around 30mpbs, the following night, it lost sync again between midnight and 1am and dropped to around 27mpbs, then it dropped again around 5am, however, when I got up this morning at dropped again between midnight and 1am, however this time is dropped to 24998kbps, but the strange thing is my attainable rate is showing 28304kbps, normally my Modem will sync higher than the attainable rate, I did try rebooting the modem this morning but its still stuck syncing at 24998kbps,

I have posted a message on Plusnet's community forum who say my line is not banded and cannot find an issue.

I have attached a screen shot of my DSL Stats which shows the moment it dropped and came back at the lower speed, if plusnet are right in saying my line is not banded what would cause this to stick at 24998kbps?

A million percent banded.

It doesn't show to Plusnet for 13 days as the DLM profile on a GEA test is always 13 days old.

That was me.

They told you the line wasn't banded at all, then gave results from another test showing banding at 27.4Mb.
Even this test is out of date.

The line is 100% banded at 25Mb.

They will probably still tell you it's within the estimates but should really know their own tests are out of date.

Thank you, I did think it may have been you.

Its a real shame the quality of Plusnet support seems to have gone down hill recently, whenever I had problems before I felt I was dealing with Knowledgeable staff, however, the past few times I have called about line problems, the people I speak to seem to just give generic answers relating to possible wifi problems!

why is it 13 days behind, is that a plusnet issue or BTw side?

It appears to be an OpenReach thing.
I've seen the same on lines with Talktalk backhaul.
