. . . so I now have a brand new ONT sitting next to me.

Adtran? Huawei? or Nokia?

Not sure as its in a plastic box and I have not figured out how to get into the bit with the window yet.
I am sure he thought it was a Nokia ONT.

One of the neighbours that isnt getting it has asked me to query the guy as much as possible as they put a small toby box at the end of his drive during the roll out in the street but he isnt on the list.

The following Openreach video shows the fitting of the casing and a Nokia 1+0 ONT.

I suspect that is what you now have fitted to the wall.

Yeah that looks like it. After having had a very fast install they are now telling me it wont be commissioned until the 12th of July..... which funnily enough will be 2 weeks exactly from placing the order.

Just to say the Openreach guy came this morning and my ONT is live and working well!

Now just on to try and help the 3/4 addresses that cant get it for some reason.
