And I also can't understand why my ECI DSLAM dosn't want to change to fasthpath...

I believe the stats are pretty good, am I right ?

Looks like the line is capped (in response to hushcoden). Maybe worth creating your own thread.

Looks like an intentional cap to encourage fast path to me. But the error rates are probably still too high (if ECI cabs work the same as huawei).

Yes, I did cap my line,  but I assume it won't change anything...

Even with error rates at zero it was other factors like FEC that seemed to make the difference.


I guess I'd add that I'm baffled at the amount of errors you have when capped at nearly half attainable. They would be normal for a line running close to max attainable. Do they come it bursts?

I am sorry, I have no idea what you mean with "Do they come it bursts?"

Apologies for the typo.

I just meant do the CRCs and error-ed seconds come in bursts, like 1 or two spikes a day making up the total, maybe when something near your line causes interference, or is it a steady trickle of a couple an hour.

The errors are very minimal, but with the aggressive cap you have applied I would expect near zero, hence trying to understand when and so how they might occur.
