i dont think anyone can answer this but thought i would try, how long does it take for DLM to enable fastpath if the line is up to it?

I note you say ECI DSLAM.    Not quite sure, because we have less first hand observations... and it's only more recently they have been doing so on ECI for profile changes.

But
If because of a change in profile, hopefully about a week.
If its because of an DLM intervention, then it will depend on whether or not it's a first offence.   First offence is usually within 48hrs of stability.   2nd offence is 5 days and so on.
