Can somebody explain why i would be on interleaving and if based on the stats below i would be able to get off of it.

All I can say is don't get your hopes up. My line has been interleaved for years and I have very low error rates. My ISP refuses to do anything as I sync within spec.

I also have a few ES per day, but the line keeps staying on interleaving: are you connected to an ECI cab like myself and broadstairs? If so, it might be related to that too, although I recall other members in this forum being on ECI cabs and fastpath...

yes i am on a ECI cabinet.

Just can't seem to come off interleaving

No idea what the thresholds are once interleaved, but what I can tell you whenever I have been interleaved and pushed back to fast path, I had zero ES, not even 1 ES.
