IP Profile on VDSL2 - 88% ?

Hi all,
Recently moved back to BT Infinity - been active for just over 3 weeks now. I'm not getting anywhere near the promised speeds (that's a long story for another post) but I'm not being helped by having an IP Profile that is only 88% of my sync speed. This seems quite low - I thought VDSL ran higher than this.
Anyone got any info on this?
Currently syncing at around 44.6Mb but have an IP Profile of 39.25Mb.

Means your profile is Retransmission High. Unfortunately this carries an overhead of circa 9% :(

Can you still artificially cap the the line to reduce errors which in turn removes reTX high after a while?
I haven't checked my stats since doing it so I'm unsure if it remains.
