Thanks. My current contract ends this month so will try this route to get switched from ECI to Huawei.

I am afraid that your current or new ISP will be unable to influence the cabinet that you are connected to. If you change to ADSL temporarily and the ECI cabinet capacity is used up you may be lucky and get connected to the Huawei, but it is a bit of a gamble. Best of luck. :)

Nice.  17Mbps improvement!

I notice Interleave depth of 8 so possible even more :hmm:

Can you explain the relevance of the Interleave depth to getting more sync speed?

Any time I've had G.INP enabled my sync speed has never changed (significantly) when the Interleave depth changed between 4, 8 or 16.

Just to update the forum I switched down from VDSL to ADSL and then back again to VDSL and was moved over from an ECI to a Huawei cab  :)

Everything has all settled down and the speed has increased roughly from 42000 kbps to 51451 kbps !! Very happy.

Was there an improvement on the upstream?

My upstream jumped from 6.5Mb to 10.5Mb upon my DSLAM switch.

Good going.  :yay:
