Is this Twisted Pair? advice on long runs of ethernet

i did peel back what I could (about 1 inch) and it does not appear to be twisted to me,  I will have to remove the back box and peel as much as i can back to double-check it

Looks like twisted pair to me, that's simply the old colour codes.
