This briefing is to inform NGA CPs that the tactical DLM reset process (briefing NGA004/18) will soon be ending

I assume that means that the process for resetting the FTTC DLM will be changing, and not that the ability to reset it is being removed. Perhaps some people will finally be able to reset their DLM every single day.
