ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/VMG1312-B10A/firmware/

V17 has been released, seems stable.

Thanks for the reminder, had not bothered with the previous FW update.
On first attempt at updating to V.17, reported file not correct, thankfully, on second attempt (with same file) installed without any issues, no changes to configuration or PW's, had clocked 277 days un-interrupted synch running FW V.14 since installing UPS last year, lets hope V.17 is equally stable.

One issue I noted, DHCP enabled itself. That caused some issues with DHCP clients from my router.
One corrected, all was good.

I assume you are refering to the GUI appearance change which was applied to the latest VMG1312-B10D firmware revision ?

In my opinion, thankfully not applied to the VMG1312-B10A latest FW revision, I hated it and kept my spare VMG1312-B10D on the previous FW revision with the original GUI, would have done the same with my VMG1312-B10A had the GUI revision been applied.

One issue I noted, DHCP enabled itself. That caused some issues with DHCP clients from my router.
One corrected, all was good.

Can't comment on this as on a modem/router setup I already had DHCP enabled prior to the FW update.

Have noted that the GUI connection status / network map page still randomly confuses the family mobile phone Wi-Fi connections more often than not showing them as ethernet connected devices.
All my Wi-Fi devices are MAC filtered on the router and the mobile phones are the only devices (LAN or Wi-Fi) which don't have a static IP address allocated.
All other Wi-Fi connected devices such as Google Home Hub, RPi's etc. always report correctly.

Not a big issue obviously just strange !

Anyone getting higher then normal buffer bloating on new firmware or latency spikes via ether or wireless? Just trying to rule out the firmware being the issue.
