Does anyone have a list of the current speed packages?

I'm finding it difficult to find a list of all the speed packages below 80/20.
Does anyone know of a page were they are all listed so I can reference them?

18/2 was in some slow ADSL areas but is now gone (apart from the old Chelsea exchange).

18/2 isn't available for new supply anywhere now I believe. Customers already on it can stay for now at least, no new sign-ups.
