My last bill was back to September (when they change over to new billing system) and they still not fixed my billing yet (no bills in October, November and again December) because PN has disabled my billing account and there is option to pay the bill either. I want to get out of PN, had enough with them but they refused to waive the contract for me to move to other isp as I still in contract with PN until October 2019. I don't want to end up with no bill invoice until October 2019 with a massive large invoice bill (without discount applied, without LRS applied and without referral scheme applied)
PN are the worse billing cock up.
