Thankfully AAISP didn't agree with the OpenReach position. A 4th Engineer went back to the port and put a load on it, and got the same drop in upload - a lift and shift and it's back to 50/10 on 6Db.
Just goes to show what can be done if an ISP puts the time and effort in.
