Network rearrangement
« on: October 26, 2018, 07:37:59 AM »

*Starts from 01/11/18

'If a customer today asked us for a network rearrangement, they'd go through multiple teams, processes and systems to get a fix and that quite simply confuses our customer and takes too long. That’s all about to change. We’re taking the hassle away. So no matter what rearrangement the customer needs, they deal only with a single point of contact.'

Sounds good. Saves a lot of people time if there's a single team to tell people to Foxtrot Oscar when they ask for such things :)

By network rearrangement they mean a telegraph pole is on my lawn or a wire is too low right.

I can’t cry at them to switch me to the non-ECI cabinet  :'(
