DSL Checker Query

KIAB:
Well it's back again.

Been thinking, prehap they are finally going to sort naff cable arrangement on bridge, which got severed yet again, a few months ago.

kitz:
Is there any mileage in the fact that the last test date may be linked to running the checker either by OR, the SP or the EU.

I've never noticed that date before, but that may probably be due to aside from a a test run a few days ago, I'd not run a test on mine for a while.
I wonder if it's any co-incidence that the date on mine ties up to the date when I performed that most recent check.   I didn't notice the other day if there was a date or not as I only recorded this data :/

However, It may go some way to explain this?

--- Quote ---Checked other phone numbers on same cabinet & most haven't been tested for over a year, some even back to 2016.

Have had a lot of problems with this line over the years, low speeds, multiple drop connections in a day, dead line(happen once when engineer was here, had him stumped).
Had a D side swap,& finally a lift & shift, moving line from front pole to rear pole, which shorted distance to cab. :)
Still had reliability & speed issues due cable in High Street being alumimum,so moved to a spare pair has got speed up nicely, but still hoping BTOR will finally sort the cable through wall issue,as both cables got severed again with a hedge trimmer a few months ago, line down all day,old engineer who sorted it was brilliant.
They also replaced  line up lane,as it was faulty & no spare pairs,I even offered to dig trench in verge for a underground cable, but they couldn't lay cable in trench, as it wasn't dug by their contractor , had OR out last week trimming branches,as they were badly bowing the cables in several places.

KIAB:
Just had a look at DSL Checker & test date has changed again to 9th November last Friday. :hmm:

DSL Checker also updated new layout when enter telephone number with observed speeds for VDSL (and maybe G.FAST as I don't have it) see screenshot of my line below:
