Hi There,
Had a 80/20 FTTC installed on Thursday last week AM (11/10/18). We are migration VOIP onto it this Thursday. At the moment there is a lot of packet loss displaying on the diagnostics on phone and also just a simple ping to VOIP server show lots of packets loss. BT Openreach have been out and said that there is nothing wrong with line. I have since changed the firmware of the vdsl on the cisco 800 series router. No changes still getting packet loss.
Just wondering how to resolve? Do you think seeing if BT Openreach can do a reset on the DLM? Could it be a contension issue at Street Cab? Has anyone had this issue before and steps to resolve?
If you could please help it would be very much appreciated.
Many thanks
Andrew
