Is there either a sed or awk or regex-based file-transformer/processor for the iPad?

As usual, got lost in the app sore.

I should be able to write a regex-driven text file transformer in just a few lines of code in the WorkFlow programming system, but there is an insane longstanding bug where you get the file name when you try to open a file sometimes instead of the content, and when that happens I am not aware of any way of getting the content of the file at all, so unless I can somehow get that bug fixed I am knackered at the moment.
