So BTOR came and connected the wires to the right house, but not after breaking a few wires and requiring ... !
Good sync speeds and low noise BUT ...
Very high loaded latency (up to 2s) is throttling up/down speeds.
It does it on PlusNets Hub One and my SBG 3300N
The Zyxel has lots of QoS settings - these are mostly focussed on traffic prioritisation, not fancy traffic management algorithm options.
Has anyone else had a similar issue and found a fix?
