Thanks to the earlier direct link I have seen the video and thanks to Kitz for bringing it to our attention.

I was wondering if I was going mad, but I guess I'm not the only one. Kitz original post is just 2 lines of text for me in firefox, no link at all. I guess its probably my ad blocker though, now I know its a facebook video.

I'm temporary disabling it to look at some code to see if I can update something.   So if it stops working for all, then its me playing.
I will advise when I switch it back on.

Scratch that. 

This means there is something in my files which deviates from the norm.   
This is why I don't ever like touching anything in the core as it tends to have a knock on effect elsewhere

It's still switched on for now until I can find out what's wrong with the core code which it doesn't like.

Update:  It's showing the conflict is in a mobiquo file which is tapatalk.   
I may have to uninstall tapatalk before I can dig deeper, so its not a 5 min job I can do now.

Weaver has spotted that there's some xhtml which is throwing errors.   It's not my code though as SMF is a software package.   Whilst searching I've found that facebook is throwing the same errors within Wordpress so it's possibly something to do with the facebook embed code.
I then ran into problems trying into uninstall the plugin to try a fresh install, which is when I realised I can't because there's a conflict with some other code.. which Ive tracked down to tapatalk.   So now I have to fix that before I can even look at this.
