Just to set one thing straight, this is not me. I use a wheelchair very occasionally, but not a powered one, not on the road and I do not own one

Impressive for a wheel chair, but like she said if it hit a pothole it probably crash, and she'd go straight into it because she's so close.

I presume there cannot possibly be any number plate on it? Is there any chance of it being road-legal ? Father had to have number plates for his tractors and other vehicles as you all know.

I saw this on a [non-local] friends wall this morning and reposted it to my own timeline.

Whilst watching it, this was my actual thought process.   

That road looks awfully familiar.
Naww it can't be - They have  Brummy accents.  Its probably in the Midlands
OMG..  they just razzed past my Vet's new surgery!

I was going to send the link to my vet's, but didn't bother because I knew they wouldn't post it because of the language.


The guy in the wheelchair was taking his life in his hands.  That road is notorious for speeding and accidents. 
It has lots of blind bends and is very narrow at points.

PS..  and because I'm a bit geeky I also spotted him speed past a local telephone exchange building, but unless you're local you wouldn't realise from the clip.

I should think not.   Was laughing about it and discussing with DD earlier today.  Although I've not checked, apparently she said the max speed for motorised wheelchairs is 8mph according to DVLA.   The cops would pull him over for sure.

They're about as bad as each other 
I notice at one point it looks like they nearly had an accident when trying to overtake it.   Not quite sure what happened because all you could see at that point was the dashboard and hear a car horn and lots of expletives.    When the camera goes back on the wheelchair man, there's a white car infront that wasnt there before.   

Guessing that the white car had been behind & tried to overtake them as they pulled out to overtake the wheelchair.  The white car would likely not have been able to see the wheelchair in front of them.
