Just to update.

My speed has gone back up, i'm not currently at home but I remotely logged into my UDM and ran a remote speed test. Also my ping has gone back to 14ms. I'm still curious as to what backhaul i've been moved onto.

I'm sure there used to be a section under "Line data" in the Zen portal that showed the backhaul. But I can't find it anymore, so possibly been removed?

I was trying to find it also, was there only a few months ago AFAIK but I can never remember which page it was on.

That sounds familiar, I can't find it either. I suspect they've removed the feature.

Seems it was on the View Line Data page, ironic they removed this as it was the only accurate piece of information on that page.

Still have that option but it hasn't updated in the past 12mths , and where it used to say WBMC technology type  or GEA  it was removed  at that time or sometime early 2020/late 2019

That's what I meant, that page exists and the only piece of information on it that was correct is now removed.

Sorry, i thought you meant the option to view the Line.Data had been removed for yourself, i wonder what their reasoning for removing the technology type was?
