Due to the recent storms in my area I had a reset that ended up interleaving my line due to errors.
This was at around 4am apparently, after noticing my latency was higher than usual I checked my HG612.
A quick web chat to plusnet later and my open ticket shows a DLM reset has been requested.
This is frankly amazing compared to how hard it used to be to get this stuff sorted.
