I took three different anti-sickness pills of two different types and that sorted me out fairly quickly but it was horrible while it lasted. I had a vile burning acid stomache, so took omeprazole to try to fix it and it was maybe that, either acid or more likely the drug, that made me really bad. `horrible night, so much better now.

Completely irrelevant random observation. Mrs Weaver tells me that I have lost three stone in weight.

Unfortunately from experience a lot of pain meds do cause stomach problems. 
I may be wrong but I think I may have seen you mention Pregabalin which I'm on for nuero pain.   The reason I mention it is I was ok for a short while but within the past 2 weeks my dose has been increased and since then it's been dispensed in a generic form rather than the branded blister pack.  Since then I took have been getting dreadful stomach issues and even being physically sick for 2 days straight at the w/e.  I've now stopped taking the afternoon one because I want to be able to eat at tea-time without being ill afterwards.    There's been some mention in the press about generic v branded and I wonder if you too have been switched.

I will definitely check that. I take a lot of Pregabalin.

I am sure that I get the stomach pain if I don’t eat.
