Hi, for the past 4 days my fiber has been really bad on the upload side, namely 0.18mb when it should be 20mb. Obviously download is affected since I have no upload speed for packet requests so everything crawls. Funnily enough my dad's broadband (not fibre ADSL2+) has the same upload speed issue, i.e 0.12mb. What could possibly cause 2 different upload problems on 2 different technologies
I have currently got my speed capped to 45mb down and 15mb up due to rubbish interleaving that has been on my line for months. Before I capped the line it was syncing at 62mb down (6.2SNR and 20mb up)
cheers
Andy
p.s for anyone with a netgear D7000 nighthawk router and modem the command to cap is
xdslctl configure --maxDataRate 45000 15000 100000
dont forget to enter debug mode first
