J0hn, that is what Kitz said to me too iirc. Crazy, very slack of them. Perhaps there is a missing link in the chain of technology though. I wonder about a resynch when it is not out of desperation, but a controlled one, not a mere dying gasp?

Thanks for the input guy's, I have done 1 reset, 1 reboot and 1 complete power down today, speeds are the same as of now - so I don't think the DLM has been affected, unless it kicks in later on :/

Just to add to this, I too lost 10Mbit after having full sync for years so I would concur its a crosstalk issue.  Its annoying but nothing we can do about it but hope for G.FAST.  (going to be a long time coming I suspect)

Could be worse, a friend of mine is in a Vodafone only area and he supposedly has a guaranteed 50Mbit but was telling me he often struggles to do 1Mbit.
